Frans & Kapma Foundation
'Connection' was the overarching theme of the concert evening which, traditionally, has been organized by the Frans & Kapma Foundation and Ida Roekevisch (artist and also board member of the foundation) on Saturday evening, November 10, in the intimate PKN-church the 'Kluntjespot' in Haarlo.
Violinist Emmy Storms (known from Podium Witteman) and singer and flutist Annelies Storms – both academy educated - performed a versatile musical program, ranging from folk music to Bach.

Two inspiring short films by Louis Spoelstra visualized the theme in an imaginative way. Theo Hakkert (writer and columnist) wrote a striking reflection, which he also recited himself. Ida Roekevisch exhibited her newest oil paintings and Ellis Frans-Kapma exhibited a number of paintings from her collection, which refer on the theme of the evening.
Partly due to subsidies, the admission price could again remain very low, while the visitors with a free drink could watch the exhibition and socialize with each other during a break and afterwards.
